Artist's Comments
This is my third stained glass piece, made in my sister's studio.
I made this for my boyfriend, and tried to make it as manly as possible. He likes it! The swirled black and white glass is definitely the coolest part about it.
I got the design from a Frank Lloyd Wright book on stained glass, and it was the upper portion of a door.
It took me about 8 hours to complete, and was finished with a patina to stain the solder blackish.
